BioLab Building maintenance registry

BioLab's Building maintenance registry is a platform that previously suffered from technical debt but after this has been eliminated, has been made easier to expand and can be used again.

This project consists of the following main components.

Clients and locations

The registry is used for multiple customers and multiple locations. Managers have the option to add and adjust unlimited customers. The customer data comes from an ERP system.

Control forms

The system is used to store various measurements. Maintenance employees visit buildings with a tablet or forms printed via the system. Among other things, these employees perform water temperature measurements within the buildings and add the results to the system.

Management dashboard

The measurements and results that are stored in the system are reported on a management dashboard.
